I have certain days that I actually do filming, certain days I do the editing, and then every morning for the first 2 hrs I do marketing. I hate closing the windows on my computer for sites that I post to daily, so I keep those open all the time, which also helps me remember what sites to post to. Sticking to the same schedule is huge for me and allows me to be incredibly efficient and waste less time.

I like it because it's simple and lets me adjust it to fit my needs. The Pomodoro Technique is a way to use time effectively so you can get things done. You work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After doing that four times, you take a longer break, about 15 to 30 minutes. I usually take a longer break after finishing a big task. During those breaks, I do exercises that follow the ATG (Athletic Truth Group) workout style.

Instead of just sitting there during my breaks, I do some ATG exercises like reverse lunges and tibialis raises. These exercises help me keep moving and use my body in ways I can't really do while I'm working. This is kind of a "work-smarter, not harder" approach, and I think it really helps me. Because of the ATG system and the way I'm using the Pomodoro method, my productivity has really gone up.
